Notice Date: 02/06/2023
The meeting announcement delivered on February 3, 2023 for the Montecito GSA Board of Directors Meeting on February 6, 2023 included an item indicating the GSA's intention to consider the adoption of the GSP on May 19, 2023. The meeting was noticed in accordance with the Brown Act and public notification included an Enews sent to the GSA’s stakeholder distribution list which included the County of Santa Barbara. The schedule for the GSA to adopt the GSP on May 19, 2023 was discussed at the February 6, 2023 Board of Directors meeting. The schedule for adoption was also available on the web site, referenced in advertisements and local media articles, and discussed at two Community Townhalls held on February 21, 2023 and April 17, 2023
