Notices were published in the Press Enterprise on 6/10/2021 and 09/01/2021 to inform the public of the EMWD's Board of Director's acting as the West San Jacinto GSA for a Public Hearing to adopt the San Jacinto Groundwater Basin Groundwater Sustainability Plan. Members of the West San Jacinto GSA Plan Area Technical Advisory Committee and Stakeholder Advisory Group were sent emails and mailers to inform the stakeholders of the GSP adoption during the time period of June 3-17, 2021. The West San Jacinto GSA set the time and place of the for the Public Hearing and Adoption of the San Jacinto Groundwater Basin GSP on June 16, 2021.
