The East Contra Costa Irrigation District provides up to 27,000 acre feet of agricultural and landscape irrigation water to approximately 8,000 acres in the Brentwood/Oakley/Knightsen and the unincorporated area of Contra Costa County. Additionally, the District provides up to 23,000 acre feet of water to the City of Brentwood and Contra Costa Water District for M&I purposes.

I have worked with Christina Boggs and it does not appear that our GSA boundary exceeds the service area boundary. Our GSA boundary is actually smaller than our service area boundary.
