Notice Date: 02/28/2022
The City of Lindsay and Tulare County are on the EKGSA Board. Representatives were present at the February 28, 2022 Board Meeting (see attached Minutes) when notice was given of the deficiency letter from DWR and that edits to the GSP and Kaweah Coordination Agreement were coming. The Packet sent out in advance of the meeting had the DWR Letter included for the City and County, and all stakeholders.
