AGSA Eligibility Determination

  1. The County of Fresno has land use responsibility within a portion of the groundwater basin that it intends to manage. Pursuant to Water Code Section 10724, the County of Fresno hereby notifies the California Department of Water Resources of its acceptance to be presumed as the Groundwater Sustainability Agency for a portion of the unmanaged areas within the Delta-Mendota Subbasin.
