AGSA Eligibility Determination

Provide a description of your local agency's water supply, water management, or land use responsibilities within the groundwater basin / basins you intend to manage.
Pursuant to Water Code Section 10724, the County of Sacramento hereby notifies the California Department of Water Resources of its acceptance of presumed Groundwater Sustainability Agency management responsibility for unmanaged areas within the Countys jurisdiction as of July 1, 2017.
