AGSA Eligibility Determination

Provide a description of your local agency's water supply, water management, or land use responsibilities within the groundwater basin / basins you intend to manage.
City of Tulelake supplies ground well water to city residents, businesses, surrounding outside water districts and the public with safe potable drinking water. It is the responsibility of the City to submit water tests weekly and to adhere to any testing requirements and the state of California water regulations to provide safe water from groundwater wells to the public. In times of drought the City regulates outside yard watering to twice a week in an effort to conserve water.
