Private domestic pumping estimate based on annual water use factor (WUF) per connection determined from metered Small Water Systems and applied to each residence outside of municipal water service areas. WUF for WY2019 was 0.25 acre-feet per connection. Agricultural pumping based on irrigation demand determined using the GFLOW model, crop acreage, and crop coefficient. Institutional pumping based on historical water usage for facility use including an estimate of turf irrigation based on irrigation demand determined using the GFLOW model, irrigation acreage, and turf?s crop coefficient.
