The Ojai Basin Groundwater Management Agency’s (“OBGMA”), acting as the sole Groundwater Sustainability Agency (“GSA”) for the Ojai Valley Groundwater Basin provided Notice of Public Hearing for the Proposed Ojai Basin Groundwater Sustainability Plan ("GSP") Adoption at least 90-days prior to holding a public hearing to adopt the GSP pursuant to Water Code section 10728.4. Under the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act of 2014 (Water Code Sections 10720 et seq.). The Notice was publish in the Ojai Valley News on September 3 and 10, 2021.

The Ojai Basin Groundwater Sustainability Plan ("GSP") was unanimously adopted by the Ojai Basin Groundwater Management Agency (“OBGMA”) Board as a Special Board Meeting held on January 6, 2022 following direction from the Board at the Special Board Meeting held on December 9, 2021 to prepare response to comments for all comments received and updates to the Draft Public GSP.
