    All three Kaweah Subbasin GSAs have executed an MOU to coordinate, have a executed a contract with a consultant to develop coordination elements and an agreement Subbasin wide, and have submitted an application (via the Mid-Kaweah GSA) for Prop1 Groundwater Sustainability Plans and Projects to help fund those tasks.
