The Long Valley Groundwater Basin is entirely within Mono County.

Provide a list of interested parties developed pursuant to Water Code Section 10723.2 and an explanation of how their interests will be considered in the development and operation of the GSA and the development and implementation of the GSP.
The Mono County Board of Supervisors will be the governing body of the GSAs, interested parties will have individual supervisorial representation, their interests will be represented collectively by the whole Board, all meetings are noticed and agendized in accordance with the Brown Act. Interested parties: Agricultural users, Domestic well owners, Mono County Environmental Health Department, Hilton Creek Public Utility District, Hilton Creek Community Service District, Mammoth-Yosemite Airport, Sierra Business Park HOA, City of Los Angeles?
