The majority of the Chino Groundwater Basin is the subject of the adjudication in San Bernardino County Superior Court Case No. RCV RS51010 (formerly Case No. SCV 164327). The Judgment therein is administered by Chino Basin Watermaster and the portions of the Chino Groundwater Basin adjudicated by the Judgment are not subject to the GSA and GSP provisions of the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act. (Wat. Code, § 10720.8.) Several small fringe areas of the Chino Groundwater Basin, however, are not included in the Judgment. Western Municipal Water District has proposed to manage the unadjudicated portions of the Chino Groundwater Basin lying within the County of Riverside; the County of San Bernardino has proposed to manage the unadjudicated portions of the Chino Groundwater Basin lying within the County of San Bernardino; and, the City of Pomona has proposed, herein, to manage the unadjudicated portions of the Chino Groundwater Basin lying within the County of Los Angeles. There are no other unadjudicated portions of the Basin.
