AGSA Eligibility Determination

Provide a description of your local agency's water supply, water management, or land use responsibilities within the groundwater basin / basins you intend to manage.
Diablo Water District provides drinking water through approximately 12,000 connections in the Oakley, Knightsen, and Bethel Island area. CVP surface water supply is purchased through Contra Costa Water District and then treated at the Randall-Bold Water Treatment plant in Oakley. Local groundwater is blended with the surface water supply before distribution to customers.
