Tulelake Irrigation District is strictly an irrigation water management entity and the water supply is mainly surface water from Upper Klamath Lake within the US Bureau of Reclamation Klamath Project. In times of shortage conjunctive use of groundwater is, or may be, used to supplement the surface water supply to meet irrigation demand.
