This basin would operate under the alternative submitted Sutter County on December 27, 2016, subject to that alternative's review and approval by DWR. Other participating entities include Butte Water District, Feather Water District, Meridian Farms Water Company, Sutter Community Service District, Sutter Extension Water District, Sutter Mutual Water Company, Yuba City, Garden Highway Mutual Water Company, Reclamation District No. 70, Reclamation District No. 783, Reclamation District No. 1001, Reclamation District No. 1660, Reclamation District No. 2054, Tudor Mutual Water Company, and Oswald Water District.
