The Merced Subbasin GSA JPA is formed by six public agencies with water management or land use authority in the Merced Subbasin, each eligible to form a GSA. Member agencies include: County of Merced, County of Mariposa, Le Grand-Athlone Water District, Merquin County Water District, Plainsburg Irrigation District and Stevinson Water District.
