Please provide the name(s) of the existing California Statewide Groundwater Elevation Monitoring (CASGEM) Entities within the basin that the Alternative is being submitted.

Santa Cruz County ? Environmental Health Services is the CASGEM Monitoring Entity. Pajaro Valley Water Management Agency is a partner, conducting monitoring activities for southern Santa Cruz County, and northern Monterey County. Data collected by Pajaro Valley Water Management Agency staff are sent to Santa Cruz County Environmental Health Services staff and are included with the County?s data submittal to the State.
Please provide any information relevant to the Agency's findings related to CEQA, if applicable. Please attach copies of any findings or notices filed. The Environmental Information Form (EIF) below may be used to facilitate this step. If you plan to use the EIR, follow the steps below.
