    1. The City of Madera GSA will work with three other GSAs in the Madera subbasin (four total GSAs) to prepare a single GSP. The three other GSAs in the Madera Subbasin (Gravelly Ford Water District, Root Creek Water District, and New Stone Water District) are each preparing separate GSPs.

  4. The City of Madera GSA is working with three other GSAs in the Madera subbasin (four total GSAs) to prepare a single GSP. Those four GSAs have selected a consultant and are actively engaged in preparing the GSP and conducting public outreach. Each of these four GSAs will invite and accept public participation at the GSA level, and the collaborative group will invite and accept public participation as a whole through methods defined in a charter and public engagement plan.
