Please provide general information about the Agency's process for developing the GSP, including the manner in which interested parties may contact the Agency and participate in the development and implementation of the GSP as required by Water Codes §10723.4 and §10727.8

The Vina GSAs are working through a public, facilitated process to develop a governance structure for GSP development and implementation. The public are notified through email distribution, newsletters and media. Butte County established a Groundwater Pumpers Advisory Committee to advise the Board of Supervisors on SGMA implementation.
