Western Municipal Water District (Arlington Basin GSA) followed all SGMA rules to become the GSA in 2017. Western has also followed all requirements in the development of the GSP, in particular with regards to the public stakeholder process. Western hosted 4 public workshops and had participation from a number of State and local entities.
