    1. On July 23, 2019, the Pleasant Valley GSA Board approved Provost & Pritchard Consulting Group- Calvin Monreal as the Plan Manager.

The Pleasant Valley Water District has conducted quarterly board meetings where they have discussed and have taken action in the beginning elements of preparing a GSP, such as forming a GSA and reaching out to the City of Coalinga and Fresno County in the preparation of a MOU to coordinate efforts to prepare the GSP. The meetings are held quarterly and on the fourth Tuesday of the month at Harris Ranch 24505 West Dorris Avenue, Coalinga, California 93210. To be held immediately after the Pleasant Valley Water District Board Meeting, which starts at 10:00 am.
