Comments not related to a specific GSP or group of GSPs can be submitted to DWR by clicking the blue button below. Note that a SGMA Portal account is not required to submit a public comment.

Unlike comments submitted to DWR for a specific GSP, posting a general comment below will not automatically initiate an email notice to any GSP Plan Managers or Points of Contact. If your comment is specific to one or more GSPs, please do not load them below and instead load the comment to each GSP – the individual GSP pages can be found here: https://sgma.water.ca.gov/portal/gsp/all.
