BDecision to Become a GSA

  1. 02/14/2023
  2. Following the decision to form a GSA, Rosedale-Rio Bravo Water Storage District (RRBWSD) prepared a GSA boundary map and discovered parcels that were without District/GSA coverage or had overlapping District coverage and it took an additional time to work with the neighboring entities and landowners to address the boundary map issues. The time delay between RRBWSD's decision to form a GSA and the notification to the Department does not impact its intent or ability to undertake sustainable groundwater management, or its engagement with stakeholders.
