The service area for the Wyandotte Creek GSA is the same as the Wyandotte Creek GSA boundary. The service area of the Wyandotte Creek GSA covers portions of the current basin boundaries of the Wyandotte Creek and East Butte subbasins. The Wyandotte Creek GSA boundary covers the entire extent of the Wyandotte Creek subbasin reflected in the submitted basin boundary modification. There is no overlap with the Butte Water District. The apparent overlap is due to differences in GIS shapefile sources. SGMA_Wyandotte SB_submitted.zip (34.5kB) Uploaded on 10/24/2018 at 09:51AM

South Feather Water and Power Agency is an eligible local agency that was a GSA but subsequently withdrew based on reaching an agreement with Butte County and the City of Oroville. South Feather Water and Power will have a seat on the advisory committee and is on the GSP technical committee. The Yuba County Water Agency has 700 acres in the current Wyandotte Creek subbasin. The overlap between YCWA and Butte County was a pre-SB13 issue. The agencies have committed to work together. However, if the proposed basin boundary modification is approved, the YCWA portion in the Wyandotte Creek subbasin will be part of the North Yuba subbasin MOU - Oroville Butte SFWP.pdf (1.4MB) Uploaded on 12/21/2018 at 03:13PM
