Holders of overlying groundwater rights, including agricultural users and domestic well owners: Camrosa does not know of any groundwater producers in the portion of the Las Posas Basin within Camrosa boundaries. ? Municipal well operators: Camrosa Water District is the only municipal well operator in its service area. Camrosa does not operate any wells in the portion of the Las Posas Basin within Camrosa boundaries. ? Public water systems: Camrosa Water District is the only public water system in the portion of the Las Posas Basin within Camrosa boundaries. ? Local land use planning agencies: o Ventura County Resource Management Agency: The agency is the land use regulator within the portions of the Las Posas Basin that lie within Camrosa Water District boundaries. ? Environmental users of groundwater: N/A. ? Surface water users, if there is a hydrologic connection between surface and groundwater bodies: There is no hydrologic connection between surface and groundwater bodies in the portion of the Las Posas Basin that underlies the Camrosa Water District. o Calleguas Creek Watershed Management Plan o Las Posas Users Group o Watersheds Coalition of Ventura County o Ventura County Watershed Protection District o City of Thousand Oaks ? The federal government, including, but not limited to, the military and managers of federal lands: N/A. There are no federal agencies or federal lands in the portion of the Las Posas Basin within the boundaries of Camrosa Water District. ? California Native American tribes: Camrosa will continue to include the Native community in all its pertinent public communications, and welcomes their input. ? Disadvantaged communities, including, but not limited to, those served by private domestic wells or small community water systems: N/A. No area within the portion of the Las Posas Basin within the boundaries of Camrosa Water District is considered a disadvantaged community. ? Entities listed in Section 10927 that are monitoring and reporting groundwater elevation in all or a part of a groundwater basin managed by the GSA: Camrosa will be the agency responsible for monitoring and reporting groundwater elevations in the Camrosa Management Area.   2. The Fox Canyon Groundwater Management Agency (FCGMA) is the exclusive GSA for areas of the Las Posas Basin within its jurisdictional boundaries. That organization has availed itself of its right to act as the GSA for those areas, and Camrosa will coordinate management of the Camrosa Las Posas GSA in order that the entire basin is managed. Attached is the FCGMA's resolution notifying the state of its intent to act as GSA.
