The City of Brentwood is committed to considering the interests of all stakeholders and interested parties in the development and implementation of a groundwater sustainability agency and the development and implementation of a groundwater sustainability plan. Specifically, the city will seek input from, provide opportunities to comment to and ultimately consider the comments and interests of domestic and agricultural holders of overlying groundwater rights, representatives of public water supply systems, local land use planning agencies, environmental users of groundwater or their representatives, any users of surface waters connected to groundwater, the federal government, Native American tribes, disadvantaged communities and groundwater monitoring entities.
