The Eastern Tule GSA has modified their boundary to align with member agency Porterville Irrigation District opting to depart from the Eastern Tule GSA and form as a new, independent GSA in the Tule Subbasin. The submission boundary adjustment represents the new Eastern Tule GSA boundary with portions of the district within the GSA being removed.
