Pursuant to Water Code Section 10723.2, San Joaquin County has developed a list of interested parties and will continue to amend the list as necessary during the Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) development process (Exhibit D). The County has considered, and will continue to consider, the interests of all beneficial uses and users of groundwater, as well as those responsible for implementing GSPs.
