4. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF POTENTIAL BASIN BOUNDARY MODIFICATION REQUEST
  • Omochumne-Hartnell Water District (OHWD) is seeking a basin boundary modification to extend the boundary of the San Joaquin Valley Cosumnes Subbasin (5-22.16) north to include all of OHWD. The new northern boundary of the San Joaquin Valley Cosumnes Subbasin would follow the OHWD boundary along the District's eastern and western boundaries and along the district's northern boundary which coincides with Grant Line Road. This modification will remove Omochumne-Hartnell Water District from the South American Subbasin (5-21.65) and place all of OHWD into the San Joaquin Valley Cosumnes Subbasin.
