4. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF POTENTIAL BASIN BOUNDARY MODIFICATION REQUEST
  • • The proposed basin boundary modification is a scientific modification that would subdivide the Kern County Subbasin (DWR 5-22.14) into two subbasins based on the hydrogeologic barrier formed by the White Wolf Fault. The White Wolf Fault is a well-established fault in the southern portion of the Kern County Subbasin that extends from Wheeler Ridge to Comanche Point. The modification would result in the creation of a new subbasin called the White Wolf Subbasin
