4. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF POTENTIAL BASIN BOUNDARY MODIFICATION REQUEST
  • Currently, the Delta-Mendota subbasin (5-22.07) and the Tracy subbasin (5-22.15) are divided by the Stanislaus/San Joaquin County line. SLDMWA proposes a jurisdictional adjustment of the Delta-Mendota subbasin to include the northern most portions of West Stanislaus Irrigation District and Del Puerto Water District. The Delta-Mendota subbasin would follow these districts' legal jurisdictional boundaries (within San Joaquin County) along its northern most boundary.
