4. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF POTENTIAL BASIN BOUNDARY MODIFICATION REQUEST
  • Valley District has worked with the retail water agencies to review and propose some modifications to the basin boundaries within the Valley District service area. The proposed boundaries were generally modified to align with the adjudicated basins. The Basin Technical Advisory Committee (BTAC) approved the boundary revisions at their meeting on December 7, 2015 and the Board approved on Dec 15, 2015. All of these basins are included partially, or entirely, within Valley District service area.
