4. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF POTENTIAL BASIN BOUNDARY MODIFICATION REQUEST
  • Sutter County is proposing a Basin Boundary Modification to: 1.Change all the subbasin boundaries to match exactly the Sutter County jurisdictional boundary (affected subbasins: East Butte, Sutter, North American). 2.Incorporate all of the East Butte Subbasin within Sutter County jurisdictional boundary into the Sutter Subbasin (affected subbasins: East Butte and Sutter). Yuba County Water Agency appears to have addressed the Sutter County eastern jurisdictional boundary in their current Basin Boundary Modification Request. Sutter County will submit the Basin Boundary Modification Request to address the rest of the requirements for the two items listed above.
