4. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF POTENTIAL BASIN BOUNDARY MODIFICATION REQUEST
  • Yuba County Water Agency (YCWA) is proposing a jurisdictional subdivision of the current North Yuba Subbasin (5-21.60). The revised North Yuba Subbasin would include the portion of the current North Yuba Subbasin in Yuba County plus a small portion of Ramirez Water District that extends into Butte County. The South Butte Subbasin would include the portion of the current North Yuba Subbasin in Butte County minus the portion of Ramirez Water District that remains in the revised North Yuba Subbasin.
