  3. Not Yet Determined
  4. The Colusa Groundwater Authority and Glenn Groundwater Authority (Authorities) will work together to develop a single GSP for the Colusa Subbasin. The Authorities are dedicated to working together, and have formed a Joint Technical Committee to coordinate basin-wide activities. A Coordination Agreement will be developed between the two Authorities to provide guidance for an ongoing coordinated effort. The public will have ample opportunities to participate in GSP development in the Colusa Subbasin. The Authorities have and will continue to consider the interests of all beneficial uses and users of groundwater in operating their respective GSAs and developing and implementing the Colusa Subbasin Groundwater Sustainability Plan. Both GSAs hold regular meetings which are open to the public. Staff from both GSAs maintain a list of interested parties pursuant to Water Code Section 10723.4. Individuals that are interested in being added to the Interested Parties lists may contact the agencies to make such request. All meeting materials and information relevant to SGMA planning and implementation are readily available to the public via websites, newsletters, emails, presentations, and public meetings. A formal outreach plan is being developed for the Colusa Subbasin by the Center for Collaborative Policy in coordination with the Authorities. The Authorities will continue their ongoing outreach efforts, which began in early 2015, and continue to expand the lists of interested parties, and continue to encourage broad local and regional stakeholder engagement during development and implementation of the Colusa Subbasin Groundwater Sustainability Plan.
