Provide a description of your local agency's water supply, water management, or land use responsibilities within the groundwater basin / basins you intend to manage.
The Oakdale Irrigation District (OID) supplies irrigation water to its customers in Stanislaus and San Joaquin Counties. The irrigation water provided is mostly surface water, supplemented with groundwater as necessary.

If desired, please provide information that clarifies your service area boundary and GSA boundary, if those boundaries are different.
OID intends to manage the portion of the Eastern San Joaquin Groundwater Sub-basin that lies within its boundaries, excepting therefrom any portions of OID overlain by the South San Joaquin Irrigation District. The South San Joaquin Irrigation District management area has been excluded from the OID ESJS GSA boundary.
