In response to the 2014 Sustainable Groundwater Management Act, Napa County has prepared this Alternative Submittal, Basin Analysis Report, per the requirements of Water Code Section 10733.6 (b)(3) where an analysis of basin conditions demonstrates that the basin has operated within its sustainable yield over a period of at least 10 years. This Basin Analysis Report covers the entire Napa Valley Subbasin of the Napa-Sonoma Valley Groundwater Basin, which has been designated as a medium priority basin and is subject to specific requirements under the Act.
Please provide the name(s) of the existing California Statewide Groundwater Elevation Monitoring (CASGEM) Entities within the basin that the Alternative is being submitted.
